Yield to the King Ministry mirrors the love of Jesus Christ by helping all people in need.

OUR VISION

Once these needs are met, people will have food, shelter, and life skills, and can hear the Word of God while experiencing the love of Jesus Christ.

OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

As a Christian organization and as individuals who are associated with it, we affirm and place our trust in the fundamental Christian belief that Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord.

  • There is one God, creator and sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally co-existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. [Gen. 1:1; Col. 1:16-17; John 10:30; 15:26]

  • Scriptures, both old and new testaments, are inspired, without error, and the trustworthy Word of God, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of human beings and the final authority of all matters about which it speaks. [II Tim. 3:15-17]

  • Mankind inherited the original sins of Adam and Eve and was separated from God. We are all sinners deserving of death and eternal separation from God. [Rom. 3:23; 6:23]

  • Jesus Christ is the Son of God, both God and man, who came in the flesh and lived among mankind. He was crucified, died, and was buried. The substitutionary death of Jesus Christ and His bodily resurrection provide the only grounds for justification, forgiveness, and salvation for all who believe; only those who trust in Him alone are born of the Holy Spirit, are true members of the body of Christ, and will spend eternity with Christ. [John 1:1, 14; I Cor. 15:3-4; Rom. 5:8-9; Col. 1:13-14]

  • The Holy Spirit is the agent of regeneration and renewal for all believers in Jesus Christ and dwells in every believer. He marks and seals our salvation. The Holy Spirit makes the presence of Jesus Christ real in believers, and He comforts, guides, convicts, and enables believers to live in ways that honor Him. [John 14:16-17; Eph. 1:13-14; II Cor. 1:22; John 16:13]
